“I was introduced to art at a young age, by my parents. We enjoyed many years attending various art courses conducted by local artists, including Roy Stringfellow from Looe, Cornwall.
Living in Cornwall, surrounded by beautiful seas and coastlines, together with rich green woods and countryside; this is an inspiration for my paintings. The varying colours and light of each day and season, gives me greater depth and understanding to each subject.
I like to capture light in the painting, to enhance the composition.
My work is pastels, acrylic, watercolour and also oils.
My paintings have been exhibited this year in several galleries.
